You can't possibility roll against other people cos Blizzard doesn't make it simple for you when it comes to an legendary weapon. There're numerous quests you've to undergo and collect 25x [Primordial Saronite] that drops from bosses in Icecrown Citadel before you can claim this lengendary weapon.
